TikTok's Brazilian headquarters occupies five floors in the Infinity Tower, designed by KPF, in a lease that ranks among the largest office occupancies in São Paulo in recent years, second only to Itaú's full-building lease. The move came in 2023, when ByteDance relocated from the São Paulo Corporate Towers to the Faria Lima district. The Infinity Tower itself is a LEED Gold-certified, Triple-A classified green building with 18 floors and floor plates starting at roughly 963 m², and its tenant roster has included Bloomberg, Facebook, Louis Vuitton, and Meta, whose former space TikTok took over.
