I'm Bianca :). 
I’m a Design Team Lead with 8+ years of experience across creative fields.

I work in multidisciplinary areas of design and have been part of agencies as a Design Lead, Project Manager, and Creative Designer.

I’ve collaborated with 70+ clients across different industries—ranging from small businesses to large companies—and led teams of 3 to 7 people.
I thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments, and my mark is bringing clarity to complex processes through data-driven thinking, Service Design methods, and the use of the right tools (from Slack automations, Miro, and Monday to frameworks and workshops).
I also have a hands-on creative background, which allows me to lead projects with a deep understanding of the design process. This makes communication with teams more natural and fluid, and aligns with my personality: communicative and empathetic.
In addition, I hold a degree in Architecture and Urbanism, which gives me a broad, multidisciplinary perspective connected to urban and creative topics. I’m currently deepening my studies in Anthropology, with a focus on creative and cultural processes.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, discovering great coffee spots, and making handmade jewelry and crafts :)
I’m expressive and communicative, but also introspective.
