Nortis is a São Paulo developer with 13+ high-end residential buildings in the city's south/west zones. The Rua Nova Iorque building is a partnership with XP Asset, designed by Aflalo/Gasperini Arquitetos. It launched Nortis's 2024 rebrand (warmer tones, new "N" logo). Group-wide, Nortis hit record results in 2023, with R$1.1 billion in launches and over R$800 million in sales.
I was responsible for developing the brand experience, with wayfinding, of the building.
